Is this the same as an Ad-click campaign?

No, not at all. Your web site will be positioned within the main (organic) search results.

How long will this process take?

Placement can vary, and every campaign offers different challenges. Unfortunately we cannot say how long it will take.
However, rest assured we will work hard to win placement - you don't pay a penny until we succeed.

We remove the risk. We don't ask for a penny until we have successfully placed your URL. More info

Do you need access to our companies web site?

No, we understand the importance of our client's server security and for that reason we offer to document all the required changes and possible suggestions, allowing your own web team to make the alterations required.
However, if you would like us to make the amendments we can do so. More info

Once you have placed our company's URL how long are we committed under contract for?

You will be tied into a 6 month contract with an option to renew at the end of the period. If within the 6 months your URL drops from the required position, you will be protected under contract. Your payments will freeze until we can regain your postion.

Can I see the contract that you will require our company to sign before going any further?

Yes. Please feel free to request a blank copy of our standard contract.

Will your prices rise after the first 6 months?

This is a hard question to answer, in short it depends on the competition and the amount of work required to keep your placement. Your sales consultant will contact you to discuss this and explain the next stage 1 month prior to the end of your contract.

What happens if our URL disappears from search results within the 6 month contract?

If your URL loses positioning we will attempt to reposition the URL. In the case that we cannot regain the page position, under contract you will not be billed.

How do we pay for your services?

All of our clients pay via cheque, bank transfer, Credit Card or Debit Card. Your first payment will be due 7 days after we have successfully gained your URL's positioning and then every calendar month for the remaining 5 months. We do not offer any 30 day credit accounts.

How do you achieve such good results so quickly?

Through hard work and pure drive to win our clients required position.

Will you work with our competitors?

As a general rule no, it wouldn't be possible for us to promote the same keywords. However if the industry is vast and the required keywords are different we would consider creating a new contract, under a strong principle that we will not disclose who we also operate with.

Can we contact you if our URL drops in the rankings?

Yes, please do. Although we monitor web sites constantly we welcome any direct communications. This ensures we act immediately.

What happens if we do not renew our contract once it has expired?

Another hard question - and it really depends on your industry. If your competition is not fighting to win page position, your web site should remain in a strong position. However, as you want to win the 1st page, many of your competition will also be fighting to secure it.
This will certainly see your page drop if you stop all SEO work.

Can we enter into another contract after a break?

Yes. On the basis that our company hasn't entered into a contract with a competitor, we would be happy to work with you again.

What are "Keywords"?

Keywords are selected word(s) that potential clients will enter into Google to find relevant web sites.

How many Keywords can we select?

You can choose as many keywords as you like. However, each keyword will carry an associated cost.
We would recommend you to select only the words you feel match your services.

Will you help our company select the best keywords?

Yes, our company will give suggestions and graphs showing estimated search trends to help you select the keywords that will offer you the best return.

What happens if we don't see an increase in business?

Our company helps to bring potential clients to your URL. We cannot guarantee that they will buy products or services from you.
If this is the case, your site may be badly constructed for sales - or hard to navigate.

Do you have any advice?

Yes, make sure you have a good statistic program integrated into your web site. This will allow you to see the impact of our work and is a great way to monitor the amount of unique visitors. Please note that the best statistics are server-based and come from your own server logs. However other 3rd party analytic programs offer much more variation in information, even if they don't capture every last visit to your site.
